Use of Website

This website is provided to you free of charge, subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using this website and through purchase of any products and/or services you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the website and those that relate to the particular products and/or services you are purchasing. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then it is recommended that you should discontinue use of the website.

Please note that Pretty Little Acorns reserves the right to change product specifications, terms and conditions, pricing or otherwise amend the contents of this website in full or part at any time without notice. 


Use of Cookies

This website uses Cookies in order to record session information for our website, we will not gather personal data, this is for our own website information to track page usage. Should you not wish to accept cookies, please ensure to set your browser preferences to reject them. Please note that rejecting all cookies can lead to issues with the use of parts of the website.


Privacy

By using this website you consent to our privacy guidelines.

We may use any information that you provide to us and record any purchases that you make in order to create targeted marketing campaigns. We in turn will not share any of your private information with any third party companies or websites, we will also never cold call our customers.


Class Deposits

When paying a Deposit for either a product or service you agree that this is final, deposits are used to cover either partial or full costs of material and as such they cannot be refunded to a customer. 


Returns

Please note that we cannot offer returns on personalised jewellery or earrings due to hygiene reasons. For any other items please ensure that you have retained the original packaging and a copy of your receipt. The item and packaging must be in unworn original condition. Please message us in the contact us section below giving reason for return so that we can help process your return. In line with ‘distance selling regulations’, you must inform us within 14 days of purchase that you wish to return your item. You will then have 14 days to return your item.

Please be aware that we will attempt to accommodate the return of faulty/defective items that were used within what would be considered normal usage, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of a product that was damaged due to unusual usage or intentional strain.


Personalised Jewellery

Due to the personal nature of Bespoke Personalised Jewellery, we cannot offer returns or refunds on this jewellery. The jewellery will be made to your personal specifications, please ensure to check the form to ensure that no mistakes were made when ordering. From the time of order your order will be held for a 24 hour period before work starts, this is your cancellation/refund window in the event of a mistake being made, however once this 24 hour window has passed work will have started and it will not be possible for us to offer a refund.


Earrings

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for earrings.


Gift Cards

Please note that unless stated otherwise, all gift card purchases are final and not subject to our refund policy. All gift cards have an expiration date of 1 year unless stated otherwise. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are purchasing the correct gift card for the product/service they intend to use or have the recipient use, it is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct information such as email address is used on purchase form.

The purchase of a gift card on the purchaser’s email address to be printed or sent to a final recipient later is permitted, please be aware that in some instances this may show the purchaser as the owner of the gift card which can lead to the ability to spend the gift card on the website, once this gift card is used by any party the value will be deducted. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they do not spend the value of a gift card that has been incorrectly attributed to their own account rather than the recipient's account.
